WARRIOR BAND INC. is proud to serve our service members and their families - past, present, and future. We believe it is imperative that service members, have available to them, the necessary tools to maintain parent/child relationships during extemded periods of separation. We believe that maintaining these relationships is critical to the mental and emotional well being of our children and our future leaders.
In an effort to give service members these tools, we have aquired the children's book, "Never Far Apart" written by LT Gary, a 21 year Navy SEAL commando! Ironic isn't it? Who would have guessed that one of the military's toughest could write such a heart warming book for children. If that doeasn't impress you, then flip to the last page of the book which contains a beautiful lullaby he wrote for his son and included in the book for all military families.
LT Gary dedicates this book to his son, and continues efforts to force the U.S. Congress and Senate to enact new legislation that will ensure that jurisdiction (over the children of U.S. service members) remains here in these United States, while those men and women are deployed and defending "our way of life." No one should loose their child for defending their country. Over one thousand service members have lost their parental rights in some capacity as a result of their service.
